Critical Mass Biophilia ships both live fish and live plants, and each has different shipping requirements, arrival guarantees, and care considerations. Please review the policies that apply to your order before purchasing.

The short version

I take the care and shipping of living things seriously. I will accurately represent what I sell, pack it appropriately, and deal fairly with you if something goes wrong.

In return, I ask that you choose an appropriate shipping method, monitor your tracking, receive live shipments promptly, and contact me quickly if there is a problem.
